Facility Use Agreement (updated Oct. 2008)

1. The Evergreen Chamber Business Center (ECBC) is available for rental by Evergreen Area Chamber of Commerce (EACC) members from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
2. Member Rates are:

• up to four hours - $60.00
• over four hours to eight hours - $120.00

Non-Member Rates are:

• up to four hours - $125.00
• over four hours to eight hours - $250.00

3. Date requested will not go on the calendar until agreement, completed request form, and rental payment has been received by the EACC office.
4. Terms of use:

1. Usage shall be as specified on the Facility Use Request Form.
2. Renter shall only use approved caterers (list to be provided by EACC) and will not bring in any of their own food and beverage.
3. Renter and EACC will inspect premises upon arrival and departure.
4. Renter will leave the facility in the same condition (layout of tables/chairs and overall cleanliness) they found it (i.e., take out your garbage).
5. Renter may not tape, tack or nail anything anywhere in the facility.
6. Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the facility.
7. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EACC, its employees, directors and officers and the building landlord and its employees from any and all claims arising from use of this facility.
8. Failure to comply with these terms of use or any other part of this Agreement may result in subsequent loss of use of the facility at the discretion of the EACC Board of Directors.

5. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required upon reserve of the room, and full payment is due upon receipt of invoice and at least two weeks prior to contracted date. Cancellation that occurs within one week of the contracted date will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
6. A $100 deposit is due at the time of contract signing and is non-refundable in the event of damage. The deposit will be held until inspection for damage to the facility and its contents is completed. Only checks or cash will be accepted for the damage deposit.
